Hidayet (Hido) Ozel is the founder of OZL Engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, and project delivery.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ozel has successfully led and supported a wide range of commercial construction projects, including luxury high-rise hospitality developments, ground-up international airport facilities, multifamily residential communities, municipal infrastructure, and off-site utility improvements. His broad technical expertise and hands-on project experience enable him to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions from concept through construction.

Mr. Ozel is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, a LEED AP BD+C (Building Design + Construction) accredited professional, and holds both Class A and Class B General Contractor licenses in California.
